Ive been having hairfall severally for the past two weeks. And after hving BemO for the past week i saw way less shedding. In this week there was no changes in my lifestyle or diet. If anything i ate out more.

Okay I have to gush about this for a sec. My sister and I are genuinely obsessed with Bemo Wellness. It's part of our daily routine now and the taste is SO good, which honestly surprised me because so much wellness stuff tastes like you're drinking a chemistry experiment. This doesn't. Not even a little. It actually tastes like something you'd want to drink, not something you're forcing down because it's "good for you." It really helped with my acne!!

It’s been almost a month since I started taking this supplement, and I’ve definitely seen some noticeable changes in my body. My skin looks less inflamed, my period was way easier and lighter, with little to no cramps (this is huge, cause I usually have debilitating cramps on day 2, and this time I flew from India to the US with no discomfort). I also have way more energy, with no 3 pm crashes. The drink is easy to carry around while travelling, and the best part is that it tastes YUM! It did give me some bloating initially, but maybe that was just my body getting used to the probiotics in it.

This product has been a great add on to my daily routine! I’ve been having it for over a month now and:
-It helped me with my energy levels
- bloating issues gone
- my weight was stabilised, which was a big win
- reduced sugar cravings

All in all, this has been a great supplement and can’t wait to get more of this! Also I really like the taste of the drink! Best you can even add it to your yogurt or drink it as is!

Earlier I was so confused about this great supplement because after so many years I just lost my faith in every medicine and supplement for pcos and my periods were delay there were big painful acne on my face but after thinking so much and I also had a small chat with Aarushi btw she is so great then I decided to trust bemo and oh my god I have lost 4 kgs in 20 days and ofcourse along with clean eating and little bit of exercise. I've been using BeMo for a few weeks now, and it's become an easy part of my daily routine. I was happy to see inositol included in the formula. Since I started taking it, I've felt more energetic, more consistent with my healthy habits, and overall more in tune with my body. The biggest difference for me has been feeling more in control of my health, which has also helped ease some of the anxiety that can come with PMOS. It's a thoughtful product that I'm genuinely enjoying so far!

I had PCOS since 16 years , have used every other medicine possible due to minimal idea of what is it and how it can be cured, later after all these years with a lot of study, I came to a conclusion that only lifestyle change can cure this , but even after that I can see prolonged periods for a very long time which was not very helpful to go in that direction, but then I saw Bemo wellness in Instagram and wanted to give it a try if taking supplements can do any difference , I have been using it since 2 months and I can see my period lasts for only 5 days and it is on time! I decided to drop a review on BEMO after 3 months of using BEMO. I had expectations about the product, but it genuinely surprised me beyond.

I have my reasons - More consistent periods, fewer mid-day crashes and sugar cravings, fewer breakouts over time.

Of course, BEMO was only one part of the picture. My diet, workouts, daily steps, and overall consistency also played important roles. But it wont be possible without BEMO - I’ll give that.!
I’m glad I tried it and I’m gonna stick to it foreverrr!!

I didn’t think that one month of taking Bemo was the reason my cycle got back on track, especially since I was on medication that had altered my cycles. But I continued taking it for another two months, and I can confidently say that the supplement really did make a difference.
Being able to get my cycle back on track so effortlessly is a big deal, I’m sure many ready this can relate. I also noticed a significant reduction in bloating and definitely had more energy overall.

I've tried a few PCOS supplements over the years, and this is one of the few that I actually enjoy taking because it tastes great and dissolves without clumps. I also appreciate that it doesn't have a bunch of unnecessary additives or fillers. It's really strange how a drink has been able to do so many things medicines have failed to (for me personally) I remember when I used to set reminders to drink this, but this time my body automatically and naturally tell me, it shows how my own body is responding to this drink. I loved the flavour of this supplement a lot because taste is very important for me. I have irregular periods and very cranky mood swings while pmsing which used to effect a lot in my personal life but I guess the supplement worked like a charm.
